For the past 15+ years, I’ve worked on complex products and workflows across financial services, insurance, healthcare, and the public sector.

One thing I’ve learned: the hardest problems are rarely about the technology itself. They’re about understanding how work really gets done.

The decisions people make. The knowledge they rely on. The exceptions they handle. The judgment that comes from experience.

As AI makes it easier to build prototypes, I believe this understanding becomes even more important.

Today, I’m focused on helping teams understand and redesign complex workflows for a world where people and AI work together.
